Mara (Limited Release)

St. Maur’s Mara label is named in honour of Mara Panizzutti, the family’s matriarch. Mara guided the family through all the challenges that agriculture and business bring. She was steadfast in her support. A very limited release of the Mara label is bottled only when the quality of the vintage is as exceptional as Mara was – a special blend of her strong, distinctive character with a soft and gentle heart. The range was launched in 2022 with St Maur’s inaugural Limited Release 2018 Mara Pinot Noir.

Well worth the wait.

      We like life in the slow lane. In fact, we don’t do change too well at all, which is why our wines are still made using traditional methods. We find that this process produces wines that are of wonderful colour, full of flavour. Call us sticklers for routine.
